ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Contract School Social Worker to join our team. As a vital member of the educational community, you will provide essential support to students, families, and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized plans to address students' challenges and enhance their well-being.
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and external agencies to support students' academic and personal success.
• Providing crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
• Advocating for students and families to ensure access to necessary resources and services.
• Facilitating group sessions on topics such as conflict resolution, self-esteem, and coping skills.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of interactions and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• State licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (if applicable).
• Previous experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting.
